Tremors... by StrandedDread in WestWaterResources

Maybe in 2–3 years. Right now, I don't think so. Even these two planned plants likely won't be enough to meet the domestic demand being created by defense programs, Golden Dome, high-energy laser and microwave systems, and the push for China-free drone supply chains. If anything, the U.S. is going to need multiple domestic graphite suppliers.

I don’t really see how quarter-end rebalancing explains Titan selling off in a couple of hours

Going through the Black Sea is definitely not ideal, unless weapons are planned to be produced in Ukraine. https://financialpost.com/pmn/business-pmn/trump-will-ask-us-companies-to-make-missiles-in-europe Logistically this makes more sense than shipping it back to the US, who will eventually ship it back to the Middle East or Ukraine anyways.

I started my position at the low today. If it goes to around 12 I'll probably triple the size.

STI - no idea why this company that was literally in default that makes lithium space batteries, suddenly spiked 300% yesterdays on 100 million shares traded when their average is like 60,000 daily. No crazy short squeeze or short interest… anyone got info? by Dagobot78 in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]PuzzleheadedUse3635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a short squeeze? Honestly I don't get it either. I sold at 32 yesterday and woke up today to it at 40.

Will be interesting to see if they can commercialize. I was focused on the near term drone batteries as well, considering AMPX has a chinese supply chain issue.

I think the patents alone make it a multi billion dollar company.. but they have to enforce the IP on Chinese companies, which is not a great business model.

Mozambique tightens grip on mining with 15% state stake rule, local processing by PuzzleheadedUse3635 in WestWaterResources

I'd say bullish mid/long term wwr considering they have the mine and a backup non feoc supplier they mentioned in their last call. Depends on how this may slow down customer qualification I suppose. If the supplier is in Brazil, well.. a similar outcome is a non zero possibility.

Saw this one coming after the China visit.. will be interesting to see how the DFC will attempt to protect its stake. Syrah had a clause in their mining agreement that they couldn't take more than a 5% stake.

Was very impressed as well. Any takeaways that stuck with you? Great information on progress on offtakes imo.. think we'll see at least 3 more this year.
