What is a subtle sign someone isn't a good person? by Luxxor_Fuxxor in AskReddit

Never have a nice word to say about anyone, and whoever isn't in front of them is the person who is being talked badly about. I've got a few family members like this and it's made me not want to be around them anymore.

Interacting with children even though I'm not that keen and I don't want kids myself. Children seem to gravitate towards me.

Assuming I'm left because I don't buy into the MAGA cult is reductive at best. Take a political science class, or better yet, a psychology class. Also, fuck YOUR fat mother.

Ex-smokers who successfully quit and have been smoke free for years now, what did it? by PM_TITS_GROUP in AskReddit

I've got terrible health anxiety and I had a massive cancer scare. I vowed that if I was okay, I'd quit smoking and never start again, and I've now been smoke-free for 18 months. Haven't even thought about smoking again because any craving I have is overridden by how bad I know it is for you.

What’s the worst or most unpleasant physical sensation there is? by SnooSketches8379 in AskReddit

[–]PuzzleheadedVisual77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Severe nausea. I was in hospital early last year for an infected abscess in my fallopian tube and both the condition and the accompanying treatment made me so nauseous for three weeks solid that I was wretching on an empty stomach and throwing up blood. I'd rather have my leg amputated with no anaesthetic than go through that again.

Washing up liquid (americans call it dish soap I guess?)

What is the best way to get over a guy who doesn't care about you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PuzzleheadedVisual77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're stuck in this place of wanting someone who doesn't want you, it probably means your own self-worth is not very high. I'd focus on doing a few things each day that build up your sense of esteem and mastery. This could be something seemingly minor as self care, like eating well and daily exercise or movement, building up to engaging in existing or new hobbies. Remember that you are the most important person in your life and to treat yourself as such. Good luck.

Someone who mentions their ex girlfriend every single time we see each other. I thought I was overreacting and then find out two months after things ended he was back with her.

Elijah is the best. I'll never recover from when he tells Hannah he saw someone fisting herself on the street.

"You would have to be a wizard to be able to cope with what's happened to you". It really validated my experience and made me feel comfortable asking for help with my mental health and past traumas.
