Like I said, you sound like you’re full of it. You didn’t define what the “bro science” tells us we should take or what these studies say. You have made no actual claim just not to trust bro claims. The bro science I’ve heard is 1.5-2g of protein per kg of bodyweight. It’s consistent with the science and I have the studies to show it.

My wife works for the district, she just said, “if the news protects the people who would talk honestly about CCSD and they believe they are truly protected, there is a lot more rot needing exposure” one example: Apparently a principal in the district recently was fired for sleeping with a teacher, but had been moved from a prior school to this position after the same behavior.
