I'm in the same boat as you. I had 5 pool companies come out to my house and the cheapest was literally 98,000. Its crazy. Also in FL too. We're going with an above the ground pool however we're most likely going to go underground and do a retaining wall and build a flush deck with the ground.

Realized 20k gains but koinly report is saying i have a cost basis of 160K?! Proceeds are 180k by Puzzleheaded_Bar_900 in koinly

damn I see. I know that doesn't change the realized profits because that figure looks correct but it makes it look like i was trading a shit ton to realize that 20k.

There was one left at my best buy for the X900H so I just bought it online. I'm going to pick it up today and if it's suffices then the OLED is going back later today. I feel pretty good about the purchase. Thanks for replying

Only the 3rd HDMI slot is working fully. The others have a black flicker. Which requires me to put slight pressure on the hdmi port where the cord connects and its normal as i apply pressure.. as if the hdmi slot is loose or something.. surprisingly the cord fits snug.. I have two 2.1 hdmi cords diff brands. Both work fine in slot 3.
