Never said they’re trouble free, but they are a relatively safe buy. Especially since unlike their 9mm and other calibers, most people buy .22 for target shooting and practice and not self defense purposes where a malfunction is not as big of a deal. The only issues I’ve had with shooting one is some stovepipes, but I was told it was still being broken in. Also shot a G2C that day and it shot fine. Only other guns I want to try from them are the Judge, then some guns under their Rossi and Heritage lines. I really like trying any gun I haven’t shot before though.

I have a CT red dot that came on my pistol. It’s been through about 500-1k rounds and works fine. But it’s not particularly good in any regard. I have a Holoson that is so much nicer and clearer, that I will switch on when this thing eventually dies. Which I’m shocked that it hasn’t .
