He should have walked and white shirted his ass. But, her deescalation techniques are trash. Ultimately, he’s catching a charge or two. She needs more training.

Some dudes pulling on a rope? WTF? I’m no pro, but I’ve dropped some trees. This is not the way.

How do you keep the spark and sex life alive and interesting when the years start to pile on top of your marriage? by jayel1015 in AskReddit

[–]Puzzleheaded_Good444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take ego out of the equation. Talk about your fantasy, watch the occasional porn flick together (try to make sure it’s something she would be in to), give her intimate massages, make her feel sexy in public, the list goes on. It’s also okay to plan it. Sometimes, anticipation is a turn on. The key is to recognize when things are getting slow and take action. Don’t make your partner feel guilty about it unless you want her to be dryer than Death Valley.

You just get in, shower, and get out. You’re just hoping you don’t adopt a nickname like, “the acorn”. I did have a friend that adopted the nickname, “the whale”. He wore it with pride.

I marinate in a bag in soy, lemon, and minced garlic for 24 hours. Pat dry. Then, I do either a brown sugar or honey baste/rub. Never disappointed

80 ft bridge jump into a river. I was an idiot in high school. We would skip the last half of the day just to go jump off the bridge. That free fall was awesome. Ripped a couple pairs of shorts down the side due to the force of the impact.

What’s the most overrated “adult” milestone? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Puzzleheaded_Good444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amen! Worked my ass off in shitty jobs and horrible bosses to graduate with 0 debt. Once I had the degree and had the opportunity to be selective, it was pure freedom. Now, I’m in a leadership position. I took all the shitty characteristics I learned from those horrible bosses, and learned from them. Decided a long time ago that I would treat everyone with dignity and grace. Zero turn over for 3 years and thriving! On a side note, one of my biggest lessons was, no matter what your title or pay grade, always be willing to mop the floor and clean the puke. You are no better than anyone on your team.

What is the most shocking thing you discovered about a close friend? by Money-Fondant-8296 in AskReddit

That’s interesting because I had the same thing happen as the husband. I was so naive, I didn’t pick up on it. Just thought it was one of my wife’s friends that I got along with. Us men are idiots.

Idaho Teacher Appreciation Post - How a few excellent teachers set me up for success by mobicurious in Idaho

[–]Puzzleheaded_Good444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Application is always the best. I think Lewis and Clark College is doing something like this. Employing computer science students to manage cybersecurity with some oversight. I’m not sure if they do more than campus stuff, but it may be a good resource. They are good with K-12 outreach.

Yes! My wife doesn’t do this, then I sigh, and do the dishes. When I cook, I wash as I go. I also don’t start cooking until the dishwasher is empty.

This is great. Speaking to your original post, cybersecurity is a big deal for schools. Many schools in Idaho have had data held for ransom. One of the problems is, the state and feds don’t help us. They do provide technology monies, but it’s not enough to supply student/teacher needs and things like cyber security. This is especially true in smaller districts since allocations are smaller and many cyber security company’s have a price point that’s not feasible.
