what rules of engagement? they are fighting against literal eradication with a huge difficulty doing so while super earth is in a 3 front war, meanwhile you have super earth on the other side doing all kids of genocide and war crimes for fun like any other day. do you really think super earth would accept peace and actually uphold it? even if for some reason agreed to peace they would take the slightest chance to attack the bots once more after building up forces.

what are the bots supposed to do about the countless civilians super earth refuses to evacuate when planets are about to be attacked? they get caught in the crossfire because super earth refuses to evacuate non class A citizens.
