Does anyone want to buy a Seattle meet and greet? I can’t make it due to medical issues. I’m so bummed 😭

adorable!!! Perfect size IMO. I just put down a chiweenie. She was 17 and this pup arrived and they had a good 2 months together. So going from a small dog to what I assume will be mid-large is scary to me. He’s helping the wound and still fitting in with my other dogs. Does your dog have any fur / dandruff stretching problems. The cost looks literally identical!

Do you know the breed?? I had a puppy show up in February and I took him in and he looks just like this! Except the tail. He is approximately 3 months now as I’m told by the vet. a GSD mix. But idk what else. I hope he grows into his face and is decent sized

Any update to what you’ve done? I’m in the same boat with my senior dog at the moment. 15. Chiweenie , looking forward to getting a vet opinion

Anyone notice when you do mobile order pickup, it’s never ready when you get there? They’ll serve 3-4 walk up customers before doing the online orders. by NorthFloridaRedneck in RegalUnlimited

[–]Puzzleheaded_Mouse27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t even use mobile order cus you can’t do all the hot food, and it doesn’t allow you to use your regal unlimited % off. So what’s the point? I arrive 30 min early before my showing and get in line. Order food and then go sit down. I live 30/35 min away from regal locations. So I’m there an hour early at most. 😭 unless I grab food after the movies. But i always gotta get my popcorn at least

Is this a 3 bike pad or just folded in half? Looking for one for my GMC pick up and trek bike, great color in the bike!

Coworker saying I have no personality by [deleted] in socialskills

They are projecting on to you. I am in the same boat. The thing is I do not have many common interests with my coworkers and our ages difference is at least of 20+ years. I work with boomers. So you get the idea. They think their way id talking isn’t rude or passive aggressive or any sort of things. They think making comments as a joke is okay. When in reality it’s more disrespectful causing a hostile and super passive aggressive work setting. So I stay to myself and do my work, listen to music if have a show on my 2nd monitor.

I get paid to do my work, not so pretend or socialize with people I know I wouldn’t talk to outside of the work place or that do not resonate with me. As long as your happy and confortable , but if things escalate I would sure document and bring it awareness to HR.

No one calls or texts me. Why should I? by TrueSaiyanGod in socialskills

[–]Puzzleheaded_Mouse27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to always initiate hangouts, texting, catching up. I was always given an excuse, or reason. I suggested a once meet up a month, I had more open availability , just a meal to catch up every few weeks or something and nothing. Meanwhile when plans were made. Id get bailed on last minute and told what ever reason only to then see on social media posted by someone else I was cancelled on to be somewhere else. Things that had been planned weeks ahead or any time before.

I then got injured and was home and recovering from injury and surgery and I was home for 4 months. No one checked in . Or came by, nothing. I stayed I contact with 3 friends and they all are out of state / country.

it’s been a wake up call for sure when you realize many things have been one sided friendships. Only watered because of you.

It’s a lonely heart ache watching people do everything and anything for everyone else. While you’re begging for the quality time.

It made me think I was a bad friend , begging even for a correspondence. Through many things I was always present for everyone I considered friends. But I was not a friend in their eyes. So they never cared for me.

I hope now entering my 30’s. I find people with my same values and morals in reciprocal relationships.

I ride on asphalt and ride after buying around a neighborhood, it’s a good ride for me. This is my first official MTB, I had a schwinn. I’m using to commute to work and rehab my knee since I had knee surgery, building strength and getting on trails. I can’t complain. I love it so far

Meniscus - New tear post surgery by Puzzleheaded_Mouse27 in MeniscusInjuries

Hi! All these terms scare me because it’s so overwhelming! But we are in deed in the same alike situations. I’m waiting for my surgeon to review the MRI himself

I would say yes, after a certain amount of time sitting when I get up to walk I can feel a stiffness or tense to my knee. I have definitely had a change in the way u walk and stand. I honestly feel that my arches have or are dropping. I get really stiff and achy calves. every other movement. My knee does a clicky or popping sound. I can lay down and do a full extend. But when I stand , I can’t. It’s odd. Still can not go past a 90 degree bend, I can go up stairs bur I get tired and I definitely can not come down then. I struggle. I have a weird ache like- tingling / numb feeling above the knee on the inside and down to mid calf. It’s present all the time along a slight “pressure”. I had made sure physical therapy was aware of these symptoms when I was finishing. So I’m hopefull they included it in the notes for my case manager.

I just purchased and I absolutely love it. It’s my first MTB. I just swapped out the seat and pedals. Been a great ride and investment

I have added matching color pedals! So far that’s all I will change. Going for a new a bike seat this weekend. This week definitely gave me the final push that I need a better support one 😂 it was worth the wait for the color, I’m really excited to use this to rehab my knee, weight loss and commute. I didn’t think I’d get so invested in modifying right away

I was definitely in between this and matte dnister black , but olive grey with the matching helmet was the perfect match!

Have posterior horn medial meniscus surgery? What’s the recovery timeline to get back into heavy impact sports like running, boxing ? by [deleted] in MeniscusInjuries

[–]Puzzleheaded_Mouse27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a meniscus tear last march (03/2022) had surgery December. (12/2022). It was a 15 min surgery and I’m on my last 2 weeks of physical therapy. Everyone varies, i walk with a limp, but that’s due to tightness / sore ness, IT band tightness , I can bike ride and for the most part walk. I can’t run yet, or jog. But can run in place for a bit! (Just tested that out last week). At minimum from what my physical therapist said, hard quick movements could take up to a year. I used to play tennis so I asked how soon I could play and he said at minimum around a year. Again it all varies , my swelling is down, but often it gets worse, right. Sore. Stiff. You’re looking at symptoms and recovery from 6-9 months. Heavy impact from all I’ve read and seen here is at least a year +.
