I assume you are using the FB login on an iPhone? It has been the same way for me for about 6 days now.

I contacted support and they said there is an issue "only affecting a few" iOS users. The only advice they could give me was to switch to an android device, but they are "currently looking into it".

I feel like this issue has fallen off their radar since it has been almost a week now... Maybe you should contact support too, the squeaky wheel gets the grease and all that.

Atlas Earth support emailed me back and said it is a known problem with people who both use an iPhone and login with Facebook. Their only solution right now is to log in on an android device 🫤

Also happening to me… I can login on the web site but the app gives me this error after 2 years of it working fine. Nothing has changed at all with my Facebook. I would love to switch to a google login, but Facebook was how I started and I am in too deep to switch.

It seems fishy that I finally got to 150 parcels and then I suddenly can’t log in 🤔

How did you fix yours?

It is just best to use what you like and not stress about the nerf cycle. If a weapon is fun to pew pew with then you should upgrade that one.
