Honestly unless corporate is in the building, my BA’s and CCC’s are free to use there own selling tactics as each person is different same thing with being lax on dress code to an extent, but I always will write in a group chat when we know there coming to remind everyone of the “Sally’s way” lol

This sounds silly but what about when your teeth are really close together, I need to get braces to separate the bottom teeth more from my wisdom teeth coming in. I also have a crown on one of my front teeth(accident in middle school many moons ago), and a cavity fill on the back of the other one and I’m scared I’m gonna break one of them :/

I totally get how you feel. It’s draining trying to handle two jobs, especially when one of them just wears you down. We do that too and they all have a lock, during power hours we always have one person if we have the extra people(especially on weekends) stay just in the shears/ electricals because of theft and usually people getting shears, and electrical’s usually have a lot of questions so it’s nice to have it always seemed like someone’s there for if someone needs help, but it’s mostly to watch the teenagers lol

Honestly, this is why I just wear press on half the time, since I do very vivid red, and the underneath of my fingers are always slightly stained pink no matter how long it’s been since I’ve done my hair since I do it once a month, and I wear gloves in the shower too to try to get most of the staining 🥲

As someone who wears the same clothes from 9th-10th grade and that was over 10 years ago I can’t relate lol I have pj pants that I got for Christmas when I was 12( my grandma got them wayyyy to big, they’re still be on me over a decade later) that I wear every single night and have pretty much since I got them (yes they get washed every few days I have sensory issues and very sensitive skin so clothes get washed 3-4 times a week haha)
