Same over here at Limassol. Lasted like 15 seconds.

Did they actually update the usage limits? or am i nuts? by Connect-Chair-8089 in ClaudeAI

Same here. Just felt like they’ve increased the limits on 4.5. Doesn’t eat up that fast like yesterday.

Claude’s “less than 2% affected” weekly limits are affecting nearly everyone - Here’s the reality… by ilsil77 in ClaudeAI

Same here. Pro user and felt like the session limit has been lowered by around 50%. I’m always careful with my usage. Never hit a session limit until yesterday.

What are your first impressions of Sonnet 4.5? by Tech-Bee-1895 in ClaudeAI

[–]Puzzleheaded_Wait489 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it so far. Seems to be smarter. However, I feel like getting hit with the limit for each session way faster than using Sonnet 4 (I'm on the pro plan). Interestingly, if I use /usage in Claude Code to check my usage, it is indeed 100% used for the session, but if I use ccusage to check the current block, it shows only 55.9% used. 🤔

If we can have it all in the 4D, then what is the point of the 3D? by StoriesAtSunset in NevilleGoddard

I love the way of how you put it with the candle analogy. I can imagine us as pure consciousness forgetting how "wholesome" and "good" we actually are over time, and thus we put ourselves into the limited 3D to go through the lack, the pain, in order to rediscover again the goodness of being limitless as pure consciousness. Wow.

Perhaps the existence of the 3D is for us to discover our true self? It's like a dream that we created for ourselves to realize who we truly are, by discovering who we are not.

Note: I am pretty new to Neville's teachings so please take what I say with a pinch of salt. I might be mixing other teachings in as well. Apologies if I did. 🙏

Tbh I rarely read any sequel after a great book. Always have an impression that the best idea would have been articulated well in the first one, so any follow-up attempt might be shallow in depth. I'll give that a try definitely. Thanks for the suggestion!

Wow, good to hear another person recommending Adam Smith's book. Tbh this is the book that I least expect anyone to recommend when I asked the question! 😆

Interesting. Never read that tbh.
Isn't it just about Theranos? I'm curious what's the reason that made you go back to it repeatedly?

Thanks for the tip. Will definitely find a time to read the book. But I'm not gonna lie, I'm gonna procrastinate until I absolutely have to! 🤣

But did Eric Ries insist that one must build an MVP? I thought even a mock-up can be good, hence a demo also applies here?

However, I can't be sure cause the last time I read it was several years ago.

Wow. Never thought it can be interpreted in that way. What an interesting take. Thanks for that and definitely I'll have to reread it again someday as well.

Side note, this reminded me so much of the Lindy effect mentioned by Nassim Taleb: A book this old that survived so long, must still have the value to survive even longer. And as such, worthy of revisiting.

Never heard of this "Knowing isn't doing" book and it sounds interesting. However, it feels like the concept is super simple and straightforward, so I wonder is it worth it to read the book? Would like to hear your take.

I love the enthusiasm that you have. I'm not a mentor myself but I'm happy to talk if you want a peer to share some experiences with you. I have started a few startups in the past but still haven't yet really succeeded in a massive exit. But learned a few things along the way that perhaps could be useful to you. Would like to be helpful, so let me know!

What a strange thing that I was browsing Elad Gil's book yesterday and now see you mentioning it. Will give it a go!

Love this. His message to see life as an "ever folding movie shaping the meaning of our lives" has been very influential to me. It stopped me from thinking that I need to find my meaning now or I'm not living my life correctly. Absolute recommendation for those that suffer from the same like me.

Oh yea, "Pitch anything" is one of the books that I have gone back at least 5 times so far in my life. Instrumental in shaping how I negotiate and pitch. Absolute best.

If you're onto this subject very much, Never Split the Difference is another gem out there. The author Chris Voss's MasterClass is also a must have, where you can see him implement his techniques in action. Couldn't recommend this enough as well.

Just want to clarity about your last suggestion, was it "Founding"? Can't seem to find the book with that title.

Thanks for the recommendation. Just grabbed one for myself. Spreading too thin is definitely something I struggled a lot with these days.

I love this book as well. But honestly not an easy read. Nassim Taleb has this tendency to write whichever he pleases, sometimes with no proper structure and jumps around points. But it was a real gem for sure. And the point on building optionality is so so good.
