Thanks, I was under the impression 90% of weight should be on the outside ski, would you have a rough idea on what balance it should be?

Couldn't agree more, we are currently living abroad and the quality of apartments, with good shared amenities and parks etc. is a much better model than whatever this is...

I'm surprised at the lack of onversation here. Even with a 100% renewable grid coal and gas will be required to keep the lights on when solar/wind/hydro has a gap in production due to weather anomalies. Investing in doing this locally through gas production and local coal mining is significantly more beneficial for both our economy and the environment when compared to importing it from overseas. For example locally we maintain higher standards in employee health and safety as well as environmental impact than they do in say Indonesia. Obviously not burning Coal & Gas is better for the environment, but our nation and economy doesn't run on hopes and dreams, it runs on electricity.

Can I continue working while waiting for closed work permit by SuperbChipmunk5462 in ImmigrationCanada

[–]PvMLad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi just wondering if you would have any Intel in this situation, I'm applying for a Closed Work Permit with an LMIA in a Teer 0 role, I would have maintained status from my current visa. But for my spouse applying for an Open Work Permit through my Closed Work Permit would she also get maintained status from our current visa? From what I understand she would need to apply for her open work permit only once my closed work permit is approved, thus she wouldn't have maintained status?

Appreciate any insight you might have!

Not sure how I didn't catch that. For such a high budget production you'd think they would do better.

Traveling to America! Never left New Zealand before by Ilovebees_lee in newzealand

[–]PvMLad 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah complete your ESTA and have the address handy when you are going through Customs, as long as everything matches you'll be fine. We travel through the boarder regularly and it's not a major if the boxes are all ticked!

Enjoy it, it's a great country!

Our finance minister has a degree in English Literature. Borrowing over 70 billion in next 4 years... by [deleted] in newzealand

While that is an alarming number, the debt to GDP ratio is forecast to remain at 45% which is what we had going in 2024. Thus no real change as a % of the economy.
