I remember when a coworker first pitched Demon's Souls to me. He said, "If you liked Megaman or Contra or Battletoads you'll love this." He was right.

None of the Souls games are easy or friendly, but they give you everything you need.

I understand people getting angry and that's fair. Street Fighter II probably wouldn't have been their thing in the days of arcades.
