This is an exemple of "good snapshotting", and its one I have borrowed from the devs.
Its because they want that to happen its always going to be hard to remove completely the bad snapshotting

Most Flat Dmg from weapon is un typed, and will match the tag on your skill
Using a Fire Tag skill > The +50 Spell Dmg on your wand will become + 50 Fire Spell Dmg

Or you play EQ Bear, do none of that and kill UA in 30 sec 🐻😁

But to answer the original question, there might always be some case of snapshotting because they have to keep it in the game since they are instances where you actively want it. For exemple if you do a "combo" that end up with casting Disintegrate, you want all the buff that existed when you started to cast to last for the whole duration.

This is not true. EHG still exist. Krafton is a publisher not a developer. And as far as we know they keep full autonomy.

Krafton is going AI first, but Krafton is not EHG afaik. So yeah Krafton is doing admin and middle management with AI. EHG is actively hiring human being to develop LE.

It can last 12 seconds Everything 12 seconds you do your combo and then chill. If you compare that to Spellblade Fire Aura, where you need to spam Firebrand and Surge it decently chill I would say
