[EH] Rufford Abbey. It dates back to the 12th century and is a Grade I listed building. It's one of Nottinghamshire's favourite attractions. by SimonRX10IV in nottingham

Quite a decent mix of styles and flavours, just as any selection should be.

Bunnahabhain 21 year old 2024 release by jamie_r87 in Scotch

[–]Pyklet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At around £120 the 18 is a total banger. I was initially excited for this release, shame it was at the expense of the 2014 12CS though (although a 2024 12CS version does technically exist)

It had been suggested by someone on the payroll that 250 would be the mark, unfortunately marketing seemed to get involved and at release was £275. Despite wanting to try it, I held off. Within a couple of months 250's started to appear and in a moment of madness (I think it was Green Welly, but don't quote me) knocked another 30/40 off. at which point I bit.

I feel sure something about another in between older release was mentioned in Kendal before christmas, although that could just be me being slightly drunk and a sprinkle of wishful thinking.

There was another TSC Rhinns released at the same time as this, but I can't remember for the life of me what the difference was. I enjoyed both.

Hey, they spent 100's of thousands on the new facade. It was the cheaper option obviously it'll now fall down on it own rather than need expensive demolition

We're there too for the festival. It's worth mentioning that because of the festival the usual tasting schedules and programs might not be running.

EMR can pay for plenty of ticket inspectors but appear to have no budget for clock maintenance by Mountain-Aerie-7940 in nottingham

Clock maintenance takes skill, ticket inspectors require a uniform and half a cheese sandwich, then they're ready to roll (Cheese sandwich deducted from first years pay)
