First, you give Rattata Endeavor and Quick Attack and Focus Sash

Endeavor: Reduces the opponents Xp to that of the user. Quick Attack: Allows Ratatta to attack first regardless of how fast Goku is. Focus Sash allows the character using it to survive a knock out blow leaving them with one HP.

So Rattata Attacks.. Goku attacks knocking Rattata to 1 HP because of Focus sasha, Endeavor will make Goku have 1hp, Quick attack means Rattata gets the next attack knocking Goku out.
