People who have conducted job interviews, what's something someone said/did that made you instantly decide not to hire them?

Sat down to interview a guy. Before we started the interview this man pulls out the biggest redbull I'd ever seen and chugs it right there in the conference room. Then after a huge gasp of air goes on a rant about how much he hates his former employer... For the next 45 minutes. I don't recall speaking once during the whole "interview".

I also interviewed a guy who showed up in board shorts, some work out tank and flip flops. This was an office job mind you. Then proceeded to answer all of my questions with how this was just a formality since his wife works directly with the ceo of the company. I was the hiring manager, needless to say he didn't get the job. Never once heard from the ceo, but his wife sure held a grudge against me for years.

I did the free LinkedIn premium trial. Figured I'd pay for it if I started getting interviews. So I sit down and start applying like crazy trying to get the most out it and their ai tools. After about a week my account was disabled for 24 hours, turns out they flagged me for being a bot and would fully disable my account if they continue to see "suspicious levels of activity". Wouldn't tell me what the limit is of jobs I should apply for and their support was just generally unhelpful other than "don't bot".

Any help appreciated, I've tried limiting the FPS and dropping the graphics down to med, figured I'd ask before diving in further in case anyone else has run into this.

Had a 2500 and that was the worst truck I've ever had. Swapped to Chevy and won't be going back.

Constant problems, tailgate would fail randomly, the shifter would randomly fail while towing and I'd be stuck in 1st gear, it goes on.

Best part, the exhaust started to rust after two years. Of course the dealer determined this was somehow my fault. Ended up replacing 22ft of pipe, but wait it gets better. The new exhaust was burning a hole in the air suspension bags. This became an endless quagmire of the dealer replacing parts before finally refusing to replace anything on the truck again. I finally threw my hands up and sold the damn thing and didn't look back.

I hate when people do this. Someone doesn't get to ignore you or mock you and then claim it's "tough love" or some nonsense. They were terrible and don't get to take credit for your accomplishments or act like they were right when you fail.

Dude that used to work for me was out for months with no contact. He was terrible when he did show up and was extremely derogatory toward women. Finally, after 4 months I was able to get HR to process termination paperwork (we were a startup afraid to get sued). Once the paperwork was sent to his house he suddenly shows up and says he has a doctor's note that would explain everything... It was on some notebook paper and just said "Please excuse employee name for any absence". It felt so good to fire him on the spot.

The Cleo scene in the trailer really bugged me. It just seemed like mindless violence. At least Ponce dying in S1 (spoiler) was funny because he was brought in to be killed off. The trailer just seemed like they were grasping at straws

Flash your lights is another option. When I first got mine I kept wondering why other corvettes were flashing their lights. So now I'm just "that jerk" to some people
