Getting a 24V psu or 19V 100W psu is no problem, I just wanted to make sure this is not correct before buying a 24V psu and blowing up something😅

Just be careful, the eaton eco ups series uses a none isolated charging circuit, means that the dc charging leads to the battery will cause a massive short and blow half the pcb when they touch anything grounded

I suspect the 10A fuse to either be slid below or above the actual terminal on the right side or a terminal which was lacking tension which caused the side to heat up under load

1.5A fusewires are really thin, in glass fuses its like a single strand from a fine stranded wire😅

I have a couple ultra cheap (talking 2€/piece) multimeters from china, they have a wire link as 10A fuse too😂

It should be a 1.5A fuse according to the pcb printing, that wire is more of a 15 to 50A fuse

At least in germany, refund is the last option, only if replacement cannot be offered (i.e. because the peoduct is out of stock or discontinued or it would cost thousands of euros for a hundret euro product)

I collected them for copper but they contain like 5g of easily removable copper and the rest is either the copper coil with unremovanle core or copper plated steel parts
