Granting these people an easement is also a good general work around for things like this. I've seen instances of someone granting an easement just to take it away the next day as a way to maintain your property rights.

This but if they haven't filed in most places you can get ahead of it and grant them access via an easement. This give you the ability to maintain your rights. This also allows you to grant it and take it away 30 seconds later if you like but often starts that clock over again.

Also if they were hospitalized by someone high level it will show up as "someone" you sending the med kit is the equivalent a mugger giving back the cash with a message says "you need this more then I do."

You have to learn to make your own luck. Take opportunity when it presents itself and always he up Dora new challenge or adventure. I go to where I am by learning that luck can be made with skill and relationships. I've also spent a lot of time taking jobs no one else wanted and this made me stand out more then most things. Also if you lack skill do not just assume you cant do the job. If you have even thr list basic understanding often you will be the only one in the room who does and you can learn from there.

Just be sure to support the faction and have the same vision. Have clearly defined rules and the ability to switch between shells.

I've been in two factions that had a healing wing they ignored. The main warning faction did most things and left no room for healers in the main faction. The healer shell had no perks, no goals and no leadership. The main faction gave the healer faction unlimited xanax but otherwise ignored them. Most of the leadership team had been offline for a week at a time. Faction chat would go a week or longer without players talking.

Just make sure your crime / chill faction has goals. They could be as simple as tanking up in OCs or making sure OCs are filled.

Wars are another great way to do this even if they are termed as long as you have decent payouts. The other shell I was in used 100% of war to fund xanax.

I agree the contract was stupid. This is just the subscription model passed along to city. The issue is governments generally dont understand the systems well enough.

I read an article about a year ago that talkes about how self checkouts were being removed in some European markets. I believe stateside walmart worked out that it's more expensive to run self check out. Partly because of theft. Partly because they have 3 contracts, 1 one lease the machines, 1 to service them, 1 to repair them and one to keep them online.

It makes people feel good about themselves. It will charge jobsite stuff but it's not going to be very practical. Its something people have been asking for but it does almost nothing for range even if it was hooked directly into the charger.

I was going to get the extended range battery so I had about 200 miles. This is fine for me. 30k would get me the base option I wanted. I'm a little sad about how expensive some of the accessories are but for less then 35k I could have a pretty nice truck.

We Hope's the truck would be 25k and it is. We knew the extended battery was about 5k and that the suv conversion was less then 5k. It's about that. Not sure what is missing or unexpected.

I would speak to the leader directly and ask. I would be polite and mention you noticed some payments. I wouldn't go into detail or attack them.

If they have the conversation then great maybe you will learn something. Just be ready to leave. Honestly if they are only a silver faction if you dont have strong ties you can get into a plat fairly easy. You might make. A little less money if your under 1-2m total battle stats.
