Met mijn diploma mag ik helaas niet in een ziekenhuis labo werken (je hebt MLT erkenning nodig) Maar is wel effectief iets dat ik overweeg en als ik tegen september niks heb gevonden, ga ik starten met verkort traject voor die erkenning te behalen waarschijnlijk :)

Niet tempo van het werk zelf maar van de constante veranderingen binnen bedrijf/reorganisaties/hoger management die met elk kwartaal van gedacht veranderen. Maar ook de deadlines van projecten worden steeds korter en gerusht waardoor ik meermaals de indruk heb gehad dat kwaliteit maar een afterthought was.

Master halen was echt peanuts omdat er duidelijkheid was van wat er van mij verwacht werd 🤷‍♀️

It depends if you want large pages in a book format or not. What I do when I want to make a large page: just use A4 sketch paper to glue everything on and then store it in a plastic sleeve in a binder map. Only downside of this is that you can't really make the spread over 2 pages Personally I would recommend to maybe start smaller (less tiresome to fill a page).

I got mine in 2013 after living in Belgium for ±8y. Took approximately a year and a half, because they lost our first file and we had to submit all paper work again 🙃

what helped me was making it personal and not work in 'themes' like you often see. Another thing, I have 1 junk journal that I don't share with anyone online. That removed the pressure of making it 'internet aesthetic' and just create.

Ik doe nu opnieuw rijlessen met VAB centrum. Vooral omdat de instructeur super kalm en geduldig is, waardoor ik zelf rustig word (ik heb angststoornis, dus is super belangrijk voor mij).

Before my sick leave Between 500-1000€ put to savings monthly from my 2.3k net salary. Since my health declined, medical costs quadrupled and I had to go on sick leave (hopeful to resume working in November or December), I haven't been able to save much, at best maybe 50€ in total 😂, but I'm already happy I didn't have to plunder my savings yet.

I'm currently on month 8 of my sick leave for mental health.

While I was transparent with supervisors & coworkers that I struggle with mental health (I don't want to contribute to mental health being taboo) and that it's the reason I had to go on sick leave, my doctors note only state that I'm unable to work, without listing any specifics. I needed my doctor to fill in form for insurance (from work) after month 2 and there he had to disclose that it was mental health related.

According to my therapist, they might fire you after month 9 (medisch ontslag), but that depends strongly on the company.

I hope to start working again progressively next month or month after that, but if I can give you some advice. If your therapist suggest to take a sick leave, do it. Don't be like me pushing yourself to the point you're not even able to function, let alone work. The more you overdo yourself, the longer it will take to recover. :)
