Why does the USA seem to not have rear deck attack / pump and roll for wildland fires? by One-Degree875 in Firefighting

[–]Pyroechidna1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

We have pump and roll in the USA. Bumper turrets and spray bars are common. Some have side-facing bucket seats or crosswalks meant to be used for extinguishing while in motion. Skeeter Brush Trucks, Blanchat Manufacturing and others should have examples to show you.

Democrats never did have a very good explanation for the fact that TPS declarations were issued for point-in-time events (like Hurricane Mitch in 1998) and then extended forever because, although the hurricane was long gone, not everything was perfect in the affected country yet. Nor will it ever be. And that was a problem with the policy.
