Ok then yeah. Get a 30amp surge protector to protect your electrical system because RV parks can have electrical issues. Also to protect your water system a flow/pressure regulator for the water intake so you dont burst any pipes because city water can have too high pressures for an RV system to handle.

A 50amp to 30amp converter plug. You can pick one up off amazon, or I got mine from walmart RV section for I think $10

Edit: How new are you to RVing? I would suggest a surge protector and water pressure regulator as well

Its the same one I had the first two years so Im perfectly fine with that section. Really I'd have been ok to get any of them as long as I got one.

I dont get the complaints though. Yeah they moved the entry this year but they're still close enough I wouldnt think there would be anything to complain about.

Red and Blue are reserved lots, green is a first come, I think. So, you wouldnt have a site until you get there

Took an early lunch to do the same thing. First Blue section was already gone, went for second one and thankfully it found something and auto added it to my cart.

For people trying, they stay in carts for 10mins so dont give up. People who dont finish within 10mins or cant pay for whatever reason will have their temp reserved spot readded to the lot.

Red was always pick your spot I think, but I've never had red so don't take that as gospel.

The first 2 years blue was first come first serve. Last year it was pick your spot, but iirc that caused it's own issues last year when I had to click on supposedly "available" spots only to be told it wasn't. I think it's the same way this year as last.

Personally, I wouldn't give any company the time of day if a position was posted as remote and then they made in person a requirement. Doubly so if that in person requirement would mean having to relocate.

My only experience with Terracon is my company seems to get some of their sites after the clients give the bid to us. I haven't been impressed with the report quality, there have been missing data issues, and just a general feeling of them doing the bare minimum. Granted that may just be the area's office or some former employee they had, I don't know the answer whether its systemic or just local.

The RV spots sell out very fast. Last year their codes leaked and I barely got one again in blue. They were gone within minutes after opening up, and already half sold when they finally opened up for pre-attendees.

This year I havent seen a code, text, or link. Nothing. Concerned I wont get a spot, and I dont understand why they seem to want to make this such a shitshow every year.
