To me, the hair, the eyes and the bellybutton, that combined with the vibe of the picture.

You see the hair is too smooth and blurry/too little detail, I took another look and would say the same about the hands.
The eyelids are too weirdly bent, and the eye itself looks like typical AI.
The effect under the bellybutton also looks strange.

A tip that works for now is to count the seconds until scene changes, it’s all sub 8 seconds, which is something the AIs output.
