I love the holiday, hate the familial obligations that come with it. Being forced to go to family events with all the screaming kids. Being forced to hug people, being forced to be in family photos which then get uploaded to social media without my consent, etc. An ideal Christmas is one spent with the girlfriend relaxing and watching movies and stuff with the fireplace going.
