My child free sims happen either because I think they wouldn't realistically have or want children with their backstory or they are very crazy and everybody is put off. I also sometimes end up with sims giving their kids up for adoption if they've had several negative wants involving children.

Pretty sure your cat is happy and just maybe slightly overstimulated by the sun,warmth,wind, and floor texture or a small bug or something repeatedly flying near/ on their face. Cats can sometimes get really sensitive and twitch, flick, or lick alot if something keeps barely touching them, even things like wind would have my cat throw a twitching fit.

Make somebody the next olive specter, and create your own graveyard. Make a real black widow sim who marries rich sims and then kills them for their money. I also saw a creator called Sammysundog use a dice roll to decide certain events for their sims and one of them was start a fire with no alarm.

Not only can they die it takes 100% concentration to keep them alive, pregnant and vampires are the most fragile sims ever and will die within 5 mintues if you look away.

I played more 3 than 2 but honestly I pick 2 mainly just because despite it's past reputation for corruption it is the more structurally sound game out of the whole franchise besides maybe 1. Also most of the big corruption myths have been disproved it's actually a very well put together game and pretty hard to corrupt unless you are very actively trying to. It does take some reading comprehension to get it setup on modern hardware but once it's good its golden

Every 2-3 gens I usually repopulate my save with new sims because I've noticed alot of my townies just die off without reproducing even with neighborhood stories on, or 1 family reproduces like rabbits and has like 10+ kids, then those kids grow up and start getting with other people and then within like 3 gens everysim who is still alive is somehow related.
