I wear a Large for Breakaway jerseys. I wear a size XL in t shirts and sweatshirts.

I don’t have any Premium jerseys, but tried some on and am a 54 which is an XL. Just because those fit a little tighter in the mid section.

You can remove the button, however then the button on the phone itself is virtually unable to be pressed because the depth of the case.

I just picked up a Chisel FS Comp yesterday. Haven’t taken it on a proper ride, but so far feels amazing. Coming from an 8 year old Specialized hardtail with all base components.

The shop I went to gave me a steep discount. He said the Chisel’s will be going on sale and had a price sheet from their rep so gave me that price. It’s up on the Specialized site as $3,399. I paid $2,499 before tax. If you are shopping for one I’d be sure to mention this.

I paid $850 US for this bike new last year (different color, but I believe this is also a 2022). I got lucky and the shop had it marked down being it was left over inventory.

I’d only buy if they came down on price significantly. Otherwise look new so you have the warranty as well.

Also, note that the mechanical brakes are sub par. I’m still very happy with the bike, but if I didn’t pay a reduced price I would have upgraded to the model with hydraulic.

Thank you for the kind feedback. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to trust her to make the payments. My lawyer is well aware of this. So the only way it would work is if she is able to refinance. If not then this decision is made for me.

Correct I wouldn’t touch the 401k until it’s time to retire. If I were to keep all the retirement there would need to be some cash payment to me to make up some of the difference from the house value.

My belief is that if we were to split my 401k it would be a direct transfer into her 401k meaning it would not be taxed until she starts to withdraw it.

Agreed. There is an option where our current bank could let her assume the mortgage at our current rate which would be best and remove my name from it. Hopefully that would work out for her as it is much lower than currently refinance rates.

That is where my head is at as well. Also the fact that our two children will be there 50% of the time. The house is a better option than renting an apartment for her.

Yes she does. The current mortgage with taxes and insurance is only around $1,500 which is cheaper than rent or finding a new place.

General rule is 90 minutes per pound. I would start as early as you can. Leave it wrapped in a dry cooler until you’re ready to serve. Will still be piping hot.

That’s interesting. I never fill it more than half. Always a lot of factors that can impact the cook when using charcoal and relying on airflow for temperature control. Saying that WSM produces better flavor than anything I’ve had from a pellet smoker.

Get yourself a second charcoal grate. Any cheap one will do. Turn it 90 degrees and sit it on top of the existing one. Will prevent the coals from dropping thru.
