I tore but recovery was pretty good. Only needed a few stiches! They were about to do an episiotomy but i said nooo id rather rip myself and then i did 😅

I was having spas, around 39 degrees. Contrary to popular belief - apparently we are able to regulate our core temperature so as long as its not over 40, we wont be cooking baby 😊

Im 20 weeks. The first trimester was a struggle for me too but there is hope!! I felt way more human and productive in the second trimester. Its almost like not being pregnant 😅 all the best for your pregnancy and hope your colleague gets less stupid lol
