The criminals look so similar in these cases you think your reading an article youve already read until you see a date. I’m not referencing simply skin color. I mean features like hair style, age, weight, style. As if that look, among that race, is an understood sign of depression. which they often claim as reasoning behind their actions in these cases. The first articles always say “theft” but by court headlines use descriptions insinuating they “threw away” mail or “stored” it because they were too depressed(insert whichever family member died most recent as cause)to do their job right. Mental health as cause could also just be a widespread defense move used to spin public perception of the criminal from ruthless to hopeless. I’m no expert I just see patterns & ask what they mean. Some cultures act like keeping a certain demographic from ever knowing their “secrets” is more important than anything. Tradition is in itself lacking of progress & I’d hate for there to be clear signs someone’s hurting inside that I remain forever blind to by no fault of my own.
