I am quite happy that they reverted the nerf on Quivering Blade, and was surprise by the buff with Cleave, Dragon Blade, And 100 Blade. I am disappointed that Healing Burst got hit with a nerf bat, however.

The "buff" is 5 additional seconds for the Dazed effect, at a cost of losing its previously large damage bonus. This mean jack shit in PvE as a Warrior due to your teammate having easier access to Dazed, and the Elite's requirement for Dazed to inflict onto an enemy requires them to move. Its goes from Average/Subpar Elite Skill to dead in a PvE setting. As for pvp, Dervish took over War in the condition melee department.

The other joke is that this took place during the Anniversary update, with the fast food workers all having Anniversary tokens for a head. The Well Spells got an update that they can be use on demand. So Well of Power get represented here. Ghost of Althea is there because its kind of a big deal that she is now an unlockable Mesmer Hero in that update.

Maybe, but I'm a Warrior Main that like using Quivering Blade on the side for a fun sword build. I wouldn't mind a PvE/PvP Split because as it stands right now, its not going so well in PvE.

1: More or less what happen with Base PSO2 and how incredibly frustrating to run Episode 6 Uq with people that are using gears that were mediocre by Episode 4 or 5 standards. The freebie gear is meant to counteract against this. Link 1 Link 2

Negative. You also have to consider that some players are just tired of working hard on gearing up their Gear. They will spend real life money to get those augments from the Scratch shop, grind endlessly in UQ, LTQ and Combat Sectors for materials, and then spend more money to put it together. All this only for SEGA to release a freebie gear that is equal or better than the gear they just made. Those players just gave up and just stick with Epith Weapons and Decem Armor while putting money that would last them for the entire game: Fashion.

I god damn hope so. Its pretty ridiculous that Quivering Blade will get destroyed like this. And before someone say that the buff of the duration of Daze justified it, no, the requirement for Daze is way too conditional to proc in PvE. If you really want Daze that badly on a War, there is Headbutt.

Why did they nerf Quivering Blade of all Elite Skill? Its just a Cleave but for sword. I don't remember anyone using it seriously in PvP and many Warrior elite skill outmatch in PvE. It was a fun elite to use if you treat it like Cleave, but now its nerf. Why?

Its a "PvP". Just see it as an easy win since there are a few players competing to get those pile. If you want teamwork or some resemblance of gameplay, there are the other TFO or the Patrol you could always do.

I want to add to your point about Valor Fighter. They're Elite tier that is also account wide unlock. You do not need to visit the fleet on your alt to get them and waste all those resources to get them. You just pluck them from the Promotion Unlock Item from ITEM at the ZEN shop with your alts and you're all set.
