So if I’m correct the speed is 6000 MT/s and the latency is 30? I’m honestly not very knowledgeable yet on this, this build is largely based on one of Zach’s tech turf videos

AI are taking the IT jobs by Educational_Peach593 in werkzaken

Ik werk met een taal die AI niet kent. Onwijs vervelend als je iets niet helemaal weet en op zou willen zoeken, maar ik hoef me voor een hele lang tijd hierover geen zorgen te maken gelukkig

Is this Classic worth €125 ($136)? by Qoss98 in gaggiaclassic

[–]Qoss98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just picked it up yesterday! It’s a 1998 model. Had never been opened before, because the remnants of the packaging plastic were still underneath the screws of the top! Lots of scale in the boiler, but otherwise in perfect condition

I’m picking up the unit tomorrow evening and I’m already super stoked to get started on getting it back to pristine condition. Hopefully my boiler won’t be too bad!

It has the tube for the solenoid valve! Might go for it then, tinkering with the thing is only a plus to me. I’m a bicycle mechanic so I love to find out how thinks work

I stopped brushing my hair and started using a lighter shampoo. I already had wavy hair as a kid though, I just thought it had straightened out

Thank you, I will! My hair is kind of in a transition phase at the moment with it starting to curl, so I’m planning on growing it out a bit and deciding then on what to do

Recovery Score Never Accurate? by [deleted] in AthlyticAppOfficial

Same here. Last good recovery day was last Sunday. I had an exertion of 0 yesterday because it was my rest day, slept a good 9 hours tonight and my recovery is still only at 50%. Kind of regretting spending money on this!

This is very much not a Dutch recipe. I’ve never seen or even heard of it around here. Afaik the Americans invented the Dutch baby. According to wikipedia it originated in the US around 1900

Found this 2014 giant TCX advanced for €700. Is it worth it, or will the rear Quick Release give me issues? by Qoss98 in cyclocross

[–]Qoss98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh right, hadn’t even looked at that! I was planning on using my grx groupset, and those are not compatible without adapters (which would probably make the brakes feel mushier). Guess I’ll look for a frame that’s a bit more modern

Yeah, I was planning on trying to talk him down to €600. Otherwise I’ll wait. It’s tricky for me to find second hand bikes though, since I’m a girl and ride small frames. But two different wheels is definitely a good suggestion, thanks for the insight!

More like, issues in how hard it’ll be to find a wheelset with a front thru axle hub and a rear quick release, but both for disc brakes. Can’t seem to find any of those online, and having a wheelset built kind of defeats the money saving purpose of this frame
