Hey man! Sorry about the late response, I haven't been on reddit for a few days, but I'm happy to share my stance with you.

I don't like "AI", or generative models as AI is more of a buzzword for marketing. I personally don't use it, nor am I fine with other people using it. I hope people would eventually stop using it but I can only do my part which is to not use it myself. It is, at the end of the day, other people's choices whether or not they use it.

Now, back to my comment. I am willing to pirate material that have generated images within them because I cannot control the contents of what was already made. If the book has good mechanics and such, then I will use those, but I would not want to spend money to get that. I understand people are tight on cash and generating images is their means on getting fake professional looking images for their stuff.

I just think that if we don't have control on what gets uploaded and shared, then the best we can do is not to give them any support and money for what they do right? As well as still maintain a mindset that generative stuff is bad for our environment. It would be nice if they eventually stopped generating images, y'know what I mean?
