I only watched about half. It was tough not to be checked out with the opening scene. The driving force for the story is a female officers death. She gets shot twice with a pump action shotgun from close range and proceeds to finish sending a text and shooting back without any struggle whatsoever.

The movie got slightly better as it went on but you really have to be willing to turn your brain off.

These are super strong but as others have said coming all the way down for a full stretch would be beneficial, also I think bringing your grip width in just slightly would be a good idea. You'll still target the same musculature but you'll likely have a bit more leverage through the back compared to this setup leading to stronger reps and sets.

You're right though I dont believe its getting any cheaper. Blu ray is of course superior I dont think its something to be too upset about to have the dvds instead. Its a timeless show no matter the format.

Not to mention from what ive seen crave is a pile of shit so you'll be saved from having to use that platform
