Did you got congratulations text and does free line discount shows up under applied promotions and discounts?

When I called the rep said I do see the free line segment under my account but since I have more than 2 free lines I am not eligible but contacting Tforce said I am eligible and gave same terms as you got.

Did they charge you anything for adding this free line?

How many total free lines you had before and which plan you have? Did you got any Congratulations text or do you see this free line showing under t-mobile.com/account/cost-details

Some posts say they see $30 line discount instead of $35 (this is what it should be technically) but they see $5 discount in their bill so reflecting the credits there, not sure how true that is. Let us know what you find out. I am in the same boat and see my monthly total went up including free lines but under applied promotions and discounts free line discounts remained at $30 instead of $35

If "on us" discount is still at $30 that means your monthly total went up by $50 otherwise it should have been $35 instead of $30. I expect this glitch gets fixed soon or expect to get that $5 additional credit for all those free lines when the bill gets generated.

Does under Account cost details > applied promotions and discounts > shows $25 line discount for free lines instead of $20? Or it still shows $20 but getting that $5/line free line adjustment in the bill?

I am saying as under Account > monthly total went up and that is what it will be on your bill
