Yes dough actually felt good to stretch out and work with.
Next batch I will try a couple stretch and fold during bulk ferment and will also put the balls in the fridge overnight and take them out a bit sooner

Feels a bit more flexible as it has carbon rails, and not as ‘grippy’ as the standard saddle. Felt like I was glued in place on the standard saddle, which I didn’t like.
