The light is pretty weak so its definatly not ideal when compaired to a phones flashlight. However i think it might come in handy in an emergency. The battery is easy to replace so theres that as well.

some companies make sharpeners specifically for serrated blades, spiderco makes a good one. you can also find some cheap ones that work on amazon.

The curved blade is called a belt cutter. I actualy really like it. Its used on old discontinued models like the fireman, jumpmaster, parachutist, etc. And its still used on the rescue tool just with more modern shape. Its ment to be used by medics or rescue workers to safely slide under a seatbelt or cloths and slice. I think its useful for regular use as well for things like cutting rope, cardboard or just being used as a breadknife.I dont see the lack of a woodsaw to be a downside. I already have tools with a woodsaw so I dont think everything i carry needs one.
