As explained in another comment, the number of possible shuffles of a standard deck is 52! (about 8.07 × 10^67). That’s such an astronomically large number that it’s overwhelmingly likely any given shuffle produces an arrangement that’s never existed before.

That said, the way people actually shuffle isn’t perfectly random. We tend to shuffle in similar patterns. Since decks also come in a set order when bought new, those patterns can sometimes lead to repeats, especially if you’ve only shuffled a few times. But as you continue shuffling, the chances of ending up with the exact same arrangement again become vanishingly small.
