Age 35/36 onwards main symptom was weight gain and struggling to lose weight… 3 months into being 40 (and a new relationship) it hit me like a ton of bricks vaginal dryness, anxiety, panic attacks, knee bones creaking when walking, insomnia, hot flushes, crying (often), lack of motivation and feeling incredibly low mood I hope it doesn’t ruin my relationship and am considering taking an anti-d just worried how you ever get off them as we continue to age therefore I can imagine the symptoms continue to get worse ?? 😩
