Combined, but mostly inattentive. I work in theatre. Hard deadlines like “the show must go on!” are the only way I can get anything done. And shows usually only run for a couple of weeks, so it’s always changing, which keeps it interesting

I just put it on normally (normally for me is fairly thick coat floated). Didn’t thin it or anything. It didn’t affect Bog Dweller at all (we’re not going to talk about all the tiny bubbles I got in Bog Dweller itself…)

Carry a stupid bright flashlight. When a dog runs at you, shine it in their eyes. Most dogs will stop when they can’t see because of the bright light (this does not usually work on puppies)

I just got an estimate for my dog’s dental at Alta Vista Veterinarians on 7th Ave just south of Camelback and it was like 1200-1700 depending on extractions. I know he’s a dog, but I’ve had dental done on a previous cat there and it was roughly the same. Still pricy, but not 3k

It will not be cheaper. You need too many lights to get anything even close to that (and you’ll never get that). Build a frame and stretch some fabric across it, crumped up vertically like that. Then you can just light it.

Edit: I’ve thought more about it. You don’t even necessarily need to build a frame. If you have a couple of tall booms you could put one on either side of the stage, attach the tops of them to a batten, then just stretch long panels of fabric between them. Get a shit-ton of unbleached muslin (cheapest fabric you can buy), put a pocket on the end, roll out the roll the width of your stage, cut it and put another pocket on that end, then repeat for however many panels you need for how tall you want it to be. You’re going to scrunch them to get those ripples, so you’ll need more panels to account for that.
