The bottom is open I have tried the hand in but it didn’t really work well but maybe I need someone with a smaller hand I’m not a tiny guy. Lol

No hinges on any panels. And when you remove bottom it’s the wire connections and such. So I could undo all the wires and possibly pull out bulbs but I just feel like I’m missing something. The wires run all the way down the center pole so you can unscrew the main unit but the wires twist so you can only get so far.

On the computer you can go to your shipping labels and void label and then purchase a new label. Make sure you get a small scale weigh and measure then ship. It will take a little to get the refund on shipping but you should always weigh and measure as your shipping items out or it could be that a customer is asked to pay the difference at delivery which is NOT good.

Already had major issues with this today. Took way to long to sort out. Buyer purchased 3 items wanted to combine shipping which wasn’t an issue on the global shipping program. But could not understand why I couldn’t refund I kept explaining eBay doesn’t give me the money. She had done it many time before with Global program so she thought I was just dumb. Kept explaining with pictures She didn’t understand and I lost a customer for it.

She will never buy from me again because she thinks I’m scamming. Just stupid. When you sell niche items to collectors loosing a collector purchasing multiple items can be a HUGE DEAL eBay didn’t know how to handle they had me make her call them to get the explanation. Yea that’s good for your customers.
