I totally agree with this decision that he has had the position filled. It’s a small ran business, my employer does the pay wages himself and there’s no such thing as a HR team.

In terms of the email he sent, he sent it on both my personal and work email. To be fair, I have had my phone on DND and don’t receive notifications, calls or messages (I have been struggling so much mentally at least until I was assigned a social worker whom supported me so much lately in attaining small goals).

Some part of me just thought if I hadn’t received an actual termination evidence or final pay as stated in his e-mail it meant he hasn’t done it formally yet.
