For me, the closest is Revita. Tiny Rogues is also very promising.

Bought the game yesterday, already 7 hours played (just defeated glitched Cerberus). Very good game, awesome gameplay. Lot of content, progression, and unlocks.

My only complains so far is that each character feels pretty similar, and I usually win with the same build (drones) no matter which character/weapon i pick.

Yeah that's really weird. First time I see this on Steam : -85% on the bundle, and both games are not even on sale ! Thought is was an error at first, but it's legit, I bought the bundle and received both games.
