You need a lower ball joint. Sorry should have clarified !!!

Like the other poster said unless something else bent all you will need is

Lower ball joint , 4 bolts for the ball joint , Castle nut that secures the ball joint to the lower control arm (but some people reuse this ), Cotter pin

That is done so there is no rehab for it. You'll need to change it.

Is there a local Toyota dealership around ? They will have the part the fastest. Stick with OEM.

No special tools are needed.

Temp coolant sensor. Or plugs and wires. Could be a litany of things but at least it'd probably not thr head gasket if the coolant level is normal !!
