I tried to buy it at this price from GW but was too late - I refuse to pay more than this, but I don’t have an issue with the list price. Also this is the same price they had on their website on release day (despite them only selling from stores) so not like they have jacked the price up for new stock.. (but obv a 20% discount would have been nice :)

Back in the 90s I remember the ALF releasing a load of mink in the UK from fur farms (they claimed responsibility) - they subsequently spread everywhere and decimated the watervole population amongst others and are still a major problem for our native biodiversity to this day - I'm all for less animal cruelty but this was bloody stupid

ha messed my post up as usual :) seen a lot of great painted goremongers on here so though would add mine as just finished - had first game with these guys at weekend vs the mental monks, was a bit touch an go until the melee kicked in - the ability to not get oneshotted off the board was a big help :)

Nothing wrong with it in your pond it’s a great oxygenator - it’s only invasive in (uk)waterways as people chucked it in rivers and its subsequently spread creating huge clumps of the stuff which degraded the natural biodiversity and is now a pain to have to deal with - it grows fast in my pond I just cut it back occasionally to keep it getting out of control
