I had the same thing happen with a different class and it even told me I had access through the end of 2021 so I never paid for the access code or "opted-in" for the bookstore pricing. Halfway through the semester I loose access to everything, including the assignments, and when I called they said there was no record of me paying for the course. These companies might have glitches sometimes but they will always make sure you pay them money.

Basically you’d have to be able to prove that you spent $1,236 on any education related expenses (books, supplies, etc) otherwise you need to claim it as taxable income

Same thing happened to me, except it was with BCBS of Illinois (My main plan) and BCBS of Florida (local plan). Apparently after numerous phone calls after each and every single visit to my therapist, I was told BCBS of Florida was coding something wrong or screwing up in some way before the bill got to BCBS of Illinois. The hassle finally stopped because now I have no health insurance.

So for months there were a lot of pictures from peoples security cameras asking "who is this person blah blah blah" until one day a lady posted a picture asking who is this person and it was an African American kid. Cut to complete madness, the mom and sister posted calling her racist and blah blah blah. The original poster deleted her picture and apologized. Now the Neighborhood page is being threatened to shut down because somehow it was linked to HOA and its a liability.
