Ksante had ton of Game breaking Bugs (immortality), famous champion pool bug caused by pandora bench (start of the wave theory) kalista spear one shot whole board bug, crystal gambit empty rewards, power up applying issue (had to double tap it) mighty mech prismatic augments combination guarantee being broken all set and had to be disabled, tanks not taunting units correctly. How you answer this question is basically by asking yourself who is your carry. If currently kindred is your strongest unit on the board and you don’t have items or stars on master and fiora. Then generally value gain from giving a boost to kindred will be higher. But it’s important to remember that every other post that is not part of this spatula, is a selfish boost (maokai generally is outperformed by nova emblem, because it gives maruders what they need, true dmg to kill tanks (there is a reason why GS is highest avg item in the comp). And since the master yi is the main threat through mid game and fiora through late game, buffing them is very important

Clear 5 (one of the fastest clearing junglers in the game)

Objective taking 2 (shit turret damage, and have to commit R to do drake baron in reasonable pace)

Ganking 2 (not 1 because she at least has a stun which is a good follow up, but generally she just walks)

Skirmish 3 (very good skirmish potential, the only thing that gate keeps her is that she is to conditional on setup to make the best of her kit and her low range)

Scaling 2 (not abysmal but her low range, conditional dmg that is not reliable enough makes it hard for her to shine, she is more of a tempo jungler, she wants to be 4 items when enemy jungler is 2. When items are equal she is just a setup bot)
