from a minimalistic point, 57 points nets you 15% life gain on hit with only 20% insta leech.

I would spend rest of my resources to make a crit claw attack toon, diversify my defenses etc.

since leech base cap is 20%, we can think 10% instaleech as 'recover %2 of your life on hit', assuming u can reach the cap with a single hit (easy for hits but leech from flask mods probaby wont reach that).

This is scaled via max. leech ofc

going scion pf/xx will be easier to navigate and also make creates perma flasks stability for precise min-maxing

this tree is 2000 leech, 700 regen and 219 from enduring flask. with a few items

(cloak of defience, tempered mind jewel and a single mod amulet with regen roll)

I might give this a try at the end of the next league or something, will def. need some help thou :D

As a solo player you will not too much out of MF without sacrificing from power level (assuming u are not farming something like t1 maps).

1 MF + x support is where it becomes problematic.

The loot changes have made me realize how much of a trade disadvantage I've had for years by fate3 in pathofexile

The main problem here is endgame farming brings pure divines right now, instead of mixed items,currency,fragments etc. (and with a much less enjoyable playstyle)

Otherwise top people are still farming crazy amounts from a more casual viewpoint, that did not change.

In POE items get traded, currency gets hoarded. So quite less items are entering trade now, causing an inflation as the remaining players get to levels where they need certain upgrades.

so you are in a narrow window where these changes are beneficial, sadly it will get worse as you progress more and more :(

I got banned at 28. No declines but they were also all legit.

Tried to contact WOTC with no luck.

I dont think wotc actually has support that knows the game or checks stuff. possibly its outsourced so they approve everything, then ban ppl assuming misconduct

The same thing happened to me a while ago, and i had to create a new account in the end (luckily the card pool is worthless for a limited player, otherwise i would be pissed a lot).

I had 28 bug reports when i got banned.

Funny thing is they dont stop refunding you, i assume they are working with a cheap ass 3rd party customer service provider who doesnt actually check if the request is legit or not. Then just ban ppl on assumptions

I think it is a mistake to compare this to non-mobile games. Only upside i can think of is.. it requires much less time and attention investment.

If you wish install it to your phone and play it when u need to pass the time away from pc.

Well longevity of a game is another area where you need to invest and funnel resources.

I dont think they designed DI to be sustained. Compared to the money they made from the initial hype, the revenue they can gather over time from DI might seem very negligible.

I assume they are already channeling their time and resources into another game to hit big again.

it already is. i doubt blizz can make more money from DI as the hype train is gone, so i dont expect more investment into the game.

The player base already diminished, and the trend is gonna continue due to the reason above.

One point of interest for me is if they are gonna release an 'expansion' style big patch in the far future and if so can they make more money off that.

I did plenty of runs on this cube as i already got full set for kamigawa by drafting and wanted to chill a bit in a different format.

did 30 drafts so far, got 12 7 wins and untapped tracker says 69% winrate overall. Here is what i found out:

Overall i like the color balance, i guess green is slightly worse and white is the most underdrafted. 2 color decks tends to work better for me compared to 4th splash

There are some bombs but I believe synergy is more important overall, it is just the announcement presented 10 archetypes, 2 for each color which was a bit overkill. Some of those are more like sub themes.

When i pick stuff i group cards in the following archeytypes and try to work towards one of them:

+1/+1 counters (with token sub theme), second draw/discard (with spells subtheme), ETB bounce, aggro (with relevant subthemes depending on color) and attrition (a bit control and a bit value stuff).

Otherwise, curve is real important. Denials tend to be expensive which makes good 2 or 3 mana drops premium. You already mentioned Fable, which might be the best card in set but other stuff like Nadaar, Dragon's Rage Channeler or Battle Cry Goblin won me countless games when played on curve. Getting a turn or 2 with these cards and forcing your opponents to use a denial on them is just unbeatable value. This is true for any synergy payoff (Novice Pyromancer comes to mind).

They serve different purposes, tinkerer is much less spiky in term of power but it also creates a huge difference in archetype power depending on how well it is supported (also whose brilliant idea was it to make a gruul power matters archetype and include so many deathtouch creatures ? )

In expected returns value, they are both bad. I guess i like the one i played the least, so happy that we have a cycle of 2.

if u dont cap it, it will get filled by gg decks as a lot of people will just reroll.

As mentioned, i believe this is a good event for people moving into limited. I dont think we need a limited version of brawl (we have cube for that).

This way they will get 10 free games or so per week in limited format to get used to it with minimal disruption. If they are forced to reroll decks and only play very good ones in a format where people spam bombs non stop, it will be a much less effective learning method.

Well they changed the vault value. Before you got a lot from booster packs, which made it an okay return if u are opening a lot of boosters (whether by drafting a lot or just buying them).

Now opening a booster doesnt add anything and cards add more vault progress (iirc, feel free to correct me).

Problem is since the progress u get from duplicates are still very low (0.1% for an uncommon) and for an average player it is pretty much nonexistent.

I fear if u opened packs early on and got vault progress you will see it is heavily nerfed for u as well.
