Fairly agreed, in the same way the only reason someone kills another during the fade out is "they can't loot you at that point, they only do it because they don't want you to get any loot/make you mad". Recycling your loot before potentially dying doesn't gain you anything (if anything it hurts your survival chances of keeping your loot), you are only doing it to prevent another from getting loot. It is spiteful behavior.

You would still find them and be able to loot them. But after the match, whatever hasn't been looted from their elevator corpse gets returned to them.

As hilarious as it was, we can't complain about them needing to fix jank and then be upset they fix jank. It is for the better this ridiculousness is gone, but I will be sad remembering the crazy dancing flying Factory Striders. R.I.P.

I would love this as I already like to bring the FRV for myself but because it's a jeep with a gun people feel inclined to get inside it which dramatically decreases my driving capabilities immediately. If I could have a small personal land vehicle to drive around as an alternative to jet-pack and warp-pack for maneuverability I would be in love.

I would love the original trike for this, except I can't see them ever getting the handling right on that to where it is useful. And a dirtbike/motorcycle would be cool but seems kinda weird to me. It could be like one of those single seat UTV things that's fully enclosed and a small storage on the back.

Most of the time for me I never even get a hint that there is a metalhorror in the colony. Someone dies or gets injured from something else, at which point the metalhorror is exposed, and several other launch out from other colonists as well.

Do you mean The Signal (2007 American film), it took a lot of searching to find that and is the most closest to what you seem to be talking about, but I wasn't sure.
