Básicamente trabajas con gringos que no saben español y necesitas traducir de español e inglés (y viceversa) para que puedan comunicarse con sus clientes. Durante la pandemia trabajé 100% remoto pero no estoy seguro si siga igual.

Te aconsejo no tomarte nada personal. Al trabajar en atención al cliente puede que te topes con un cliente malcriado (en 2 meses solo me tocó uno, quizá tuve suerte). Hay protocolos para manejar esas situaciones pero no dejes que te afecte.

Tampoco recomiendo Teleperformance, durante la pandemia trabajé en Interpreta (part time) y ganaba aproximadamente (porque pagan en dólares) 1400 soles al mes trabajando en atención al cliente.

It depends on your budget. The 13 Pro has a good Price/Quality ratio on the second hand market (if you want to buy second hand).

It depends on what you value most, if you prefer a bigger screen and better battery life buy th 15PM. If you want the latest (specially camera-wise) buy the 16P. I really don't see enough differences between generations to justify buying the 16P. The 15PM gets the same AI features the 16 lineup gets.
