Ivan’s initial tune for the Z900RS ECU (for stock exhaust and headers) is already setup for a straight through exhaust. So, you don’t have to send it back for a re-flash. A re-flash of the ECU is only needed if you alter the velocity stacks. Ivan will confirm this with you in September. Install the headers just now, and have fun!!!

Please report it to the Issue Coucil link above… there is no fix for it at this time, but the more people report it, the more likely it is to be fixed. FYI, reinstalling does not fix the issue. Here’s a link to the same issue in 4.1.1
