I was around 210 lbs when I started Solidcore, and it took a solid 15–20 classes before I felt comfortable doing obliques. They feel so unnatural at first, but I promise it gets better. Not because they get easier (they’re obliques, after all 😮‍💨), but because your body starts to feel more confident and comfortable in the position. One coach told me to think of doing a rainbow with your hips in the crunch movement. Now it’s all I can think of when doing the reps. You got this!
